For comparison, we were at 3% humidity during the most recent fires, and we're ranked the 33rd driest city in the entire US. Currently we're at 70 and that's the lowest I've seen it in the last 3 days. Ground is saturated and what would typically be a tiny rain would probably cause flash floods here now.
Up in Boulder, the NWS estimated that if all the rain fell as snow, they would have gotten 122 inches. No decimal or typing error. 1-2-2 inches.
