I know that you want a rematch billbates, we will have to see if we can both get it done in the playoffs to make it happen.

I still say that the Western Conference crushes the Eastern Conference.

Wow!!! That is crazy. 4.5 points.

Looks like the first 'Game of the Year' so far in the Eastern Conference coming up for Week 7. The Memphis River Rats(6-0) are hosting Lizard Lick Lizard Lickers(6-0). Should be a nailbiter, good luck Lizard Lickers...btw, any predictions on this slugfest?

Despite our disheartening loss today, we believe the Fire is a playoff team and that we will get another shot at it.

I'll take Memphis as well. 16-6 sounds about right. Both are great teams, no matter what way the game turns out.

I wouldn't hazard a guess as to the outcome of the Lizard Lick at Memphis showdown. Memphis is a strong team, and I expect the game to go down to the wire, regardless of who wins. Then again, I never would have anticipated the margin of our Dearborn game this week, so what do I know? It could end up being a blowout for Memphis, or for us.

It should be an entertaining game, at any rate.

I wont be venturing a guess either, but I do expect both defenses to show up and have big games. I will predict it to be a game of field position.

Yeah, the Dearborn game scares the crap out of me, wasnt expecting you guys to explode for that many points.

Good luck WeissRice, cant wait

We were only giving up 2 points per game average until we ran into you guys. We hope to get back to moving that average back down this next game.

You've got a solid team Mich. I have no doubts the league will be hearing more from the Fire come playoff time.

I'm thinking the fire will be in the playoffs, no doubt. I think the Horde are going to hold off on any more stadium upgrades until the offseason. We've invested pretty heavily so far, but there is a tipping point where it's better to wait until the offseason b/c, in general, you pay less per seat with the whole section expansions.

Yeah you guys are built solid, I don't think you have to worry about not making the playoffs. I wonder how much team chemistry played in our game. Your guys were like at 47 when we played and the Royals were at 73.

We've spent a ton of money on it too! We are watching things close and should be able to get a section expansions this offseason. I'm hoping we get to host a playoff game, that would really help with expanding.

I've been wondering about that myself, but it's hard to say. A lower chemistry isn't so bad if it means major upgrades that should outweigh the chemistry loss.

But looking through the play by play, it was a much closer game than the score indicated. Both teams had some troubles, but it came down to the Royals running the ball better, and converting 3rd downs.

The good thing is that you learn a lot more from a loss than a win. But we'll be out for blood tomorrow, so watch out Tulsa.
