Address the real issue here. Give us a response. What are you going to do when a MOD abuses his power? What are you going to do when a CUSTOMER feels wronged by the action, so wronged in fact that it might be enough for him to quit a game that he has helped so many people in? Are you going to turn a blind eye and support your Mods through everything????

OR are you going to treat it like a business man would apologize, accommodate the customer and reprimand the manager?!?

THAT and THAT ALONE will affect how me and several others will play the game. Maybe my 200 dollars a year don't mean jack shit to you, but you start talking about 10's of people, and you are talking about thousands of dollars a year...are you ready and willing to start losing that kind of money?

LOL TexasBorn wants Bort to PM him as well but Texas is only Banned for 4 more hours.

Simply eat a little crow and lift the ban on these guys... Warnings to all parties to let it go, but with a solution to the problem as well.

Sorry, but that is terrible business, you should at least try to get this worked out with Satch as soon as possible.

the issue is TH.

If he was simply another player of the game, all the flame wars and D-bag comments he was a part of wouldn't really matter that much. People would just write his posts and PM's off as just another jackass.

Mods need to be held to a higher standard of accountability...and his tone in posting, PM'ing and use of his Ban, Lock and Delete powers for all those that react to his Douchebaggery are not what should be represented by a Moderator of the game.

Cant Tim simply be another D-Bag player instead of a D-Bag Mod?

Bort... they were warned by TH... Where were you guys when this was going on? Where were other clear headed MODs... I'm NOT trying to be confrontational, but this would have NEVER escalated to this level if TH wasn't using his Badge.

I understand you need time and take all the time you need, and regardless I will be here because i was not involved until I found out that Satch is quitting the game. If Tim stays a MOD you can expect the people who made it as popular as it is now will be gone. I just wish Tim would do the honorable thing and quit because who wants to be in a place where everyone hates you.

People do not have faith in the proper channels because they feel that someone in power has been abusive and not properly restrained by the proper channels. The entire situation is a result of a lack of faith in the Forum/messaging system administration of this site. Until you take strong, public action to rectify this, you should continue to expect a general lack of faith.

What proper channels? Support? They got a reply to the effect of "We know stop messaging us." The only proper channel is to post and post a lot.

Tim was asleep for most of the day. Most of the multi-posters this afternoon were warned by DD. I'm going to back what DD does.

Or they could show a little patience and say "Ok, thanks for looking into it. I'll stop messaging you every 10 seconds and posting threads every 20."

Let's imagine you're one of 2 customer support agents. You have an inbox full of questions about teams, players, etc. Then there's one user who messages you 12 times about the same thing over and over. What do you do?

Yeah this is true.

Tim's biggest crime was purposefully egging people on. You can't have mod's light a match then punish the thing they burn.
