If any team back out Valencia Galleons from WEA3 would like to join the touney

I just sent a PM to the owner of Ironton, but if Valencia is in, then I can send a nevermind message.

My only note is that putting Valencia in against Rotterdam would have two 4-1 teams facing off. Since Rome was a substitute for Roskilde, it might be possible to put Rome in place of Normandy and Valencia where Rome currently is, assuming the friendly hasn't yet been scheduled between Rome and Amsterdam.
