Very easy response to this. The OWNER of the Anti Mod Squad showed everyone a list last season of alot of top tier talent they had "promised" to their team. But they suffered the same fate as alot of us this off season. promises were not kept and people went elsewhere. The team was expecting total domination and has been met with a good showing, but nothing like what they claimed this season was going to be. So that is lack luster. It is NOT an insult and yes you ARE reading into it. Here is the actual definition of Lackluster-lacking brilliance or radiance. They are doing good, BUT NOT SHINING. It is a fact not an insult. I have heard Al Michaels say teams had a lack luster performance, he wasnt insulting them, he was stating an observation. Also, my disclaimer says, not to change what I say "in anyway what-so-ever". Your changing it arent you? I didnt say not good and Not good is not a definition of Lackluster, so quit changing what I say. The disclaimer had to go up because Gator did the same thing. NEXT!

Well, I was wrong. It was not the OWNER who said that. I do apologize for that. It was Ubasstards who has players on the Anti-Mod Squad. So I do sincerely apologize to you for that. That is my bad. He was the vocal one on the boards at that time and I always just assumed that he was the owner. As far as you saying you WERNT gonna dominate it, that is wrong. Sorry. You lose there. You team is known for EXTREME bragging all over the GLB site. You like the term Moron like I like Ignorant huh?

Ok, first of all, I didn't know what happened prior to this season, so that was my mistake. Didn't know the anti-mod were supposed to be gods coming into season 4. Also, if you yourself are saying that you know a lot of people didn't keep their promise, then why would you think the anti-mod would still dominate? I could understand your views of a lackluster performance if they landed all the players they said they would, and turn out to be 2-1. But they did not, so why the high expectation?

and secondly, if this is the case, that the anti-mod didn't sign a lot of top talent, then going 2-1 is far from being lackluster, imo.

No it was actaully a member of YellowKnife Bandits who posted that. Do you think we really expected to get every single guy that said he wanted to join a lot of those people where offering low level players or where gonna try to make a player for the team.

Yes, it is lackluster compared to what was expected. You bet. Like I said, the team is good. I do not see ONE team in either division, that is clearly dominate than another. I just dont. The Anti Mod Squad was expected by many to run through this season like a stroll through the park. I was expecting it. I was planning for it. The expectation was still high because they did sign GREAT talent. Many great players. I expected alot of boosting at the end of last season and the start of this season, but it never came.

My fingers are tired from talking about two different things. LOL. It doesnt matter if it is directed towards mods or not. Bragging is Bragging. The Hood have been bragging. They have mainly been doing it towards us. But they are bragging towards you as well. If you say your team is the best, you are bragging about your team to EVERYONE. That is just an example.
