This would help the crappier team catch up in levels if this happens consistently and the dominating team would almost certainly get max exp for all its players anyway, so what does that matter?


The dominating team usually gets screwed on XP for the defensive players in these blowouts.

Well... our offense should be getting 3 and outs while your offense should be scoring on probably their first play.

With THAT kind of system, your defenses might be involved on more plays than your offenses.

Playtime, maybe, but not really XP. As long as you get 25+ plays you get pretty close to max XP.
