I like S* QBs, but I just don't believe shelling out so much money for them when you can build a normal QB and get great production from them.

The new changes have to be taken into account for pass heavy teams. If you think aa would be the same team w/out Denali I believe you are sorely mistaken

I agree for balanced teams, but pass heavy or pure pass I thinks it's the time that they are worth it

Superstar QB's perform much better than regular QB's. If you don't see that you aren't watching gamefilm.

Whether or not that is important to your overall scheme is a whole other discussion.

Also neither pump fake or quick read are the best SA for a qb.

His build should mean he plays better than other did. As owner of dmg I understand not wanting to talk about wins and losses...

I talk to and listen to plenty of agents through chat, just not agents that clearly don't know what they are talking about most of the time

Then you must not listen to yourself

AA's receivers are monsters, instead of S* QB they add a S* Linemen to help give the QB even more time in the pocket then they can clearly create after their routes are ran.

I agree that the wouldn't be the 100+ point team a game that they are though.

Like I said, scheme fit. But then again I prioritize watching teams that don't only run screens and long plays. The teams I watch prioritize a mixture of short, medium, and long and pump fake/quick read is what I see do the most damage for them.

Pump fake may not be, but i find it useful to drag away safeties in deep coverage and sometimes the occasional LB playing the middle and Quick Read is by far the most important to me. Pass awareness is more important than credit is given to, but with the costs of everything else for a QB it makes senses why it's not what people prioritize it a lot.

If you aren't getting throw on the run you aren't doing it right.

You actually think they would be the top tier in the game if they replaced their S*QB with S*OL? You are starting to sound like a GE multi

lol no I'm saying that if they had one that allowed their QB to spend even more time in the pocket and allow their receivers to run their own routes then it'd be even more of a fuckfest

You literally wrote, "INSTEAD of S*QB they add a S* Linemen" but alright sure, if they added S*OL to their offensive power now they would be better...

You would see a lot less benefit from superstar OL in the pass game. Mostly because pass power is largely kinda useless. A balanced team would get the bang for their buck as the superstar ol largely would focus on the run game.

Here's the problem with comparing AA success vs the norm success of other agents.
1: it's not able to be repeated now with the Salary changes.
2: the agents that made those players and run that team aren't your average agents either.

Well...its certainly able to be repeated from last season. This season not so much.
