Lmao going to try, unfortunately today is a super busy day for me so I'll get maybe 20 minutes to really look everything over for our defense. I still wish season ended after playoffs were done. Have never really been a fan of finishing the season off with the ladder.

I'm a Chargers fan, so I saw that 2nd half/4th quarter/last minute catchup TD and thought to myself, "I thought it was Saturday still."

Hell of a job you guys have done with that team. I'm still trying to figure out how you guys got 6 other losses.

They had to figure out how to have a power back

Which is actually true in ways. We never had a powerback till picking up Kessler so how Detroit played back then till now has drastically changed. It was a huge change up for our oc to learn.

Yeah I admittedly didn't follow that tier once Schauer reset Cleveland. I always thought Detroit was a pass heavy team (maybe you were). Two star HBs is a nightmare to stop in itself. Two star HBs plus a great passing game is a nightmare to gameplan for.

Yeah, they picked up Blaise to start Pro and Kessler to start Vet. Went from being a tough team to beat to almost impossible.

Yeah when we started out we were pass heavy, but as the changes were implemented we had to make changes to a more balanced team to compete.

Would be interesting to know how far along your blocking skills got for blockers and how well they are holding up on run plays. How is your line not getting demolished?

Over that time we've made some changes, some O-line had respecs and then some were completely changed out with the pup conversion system. If you look at our career you will see our QB is held up very well and hardly gets sacked. The O-line is fairly balanced and we've found that is key to our balanced success. I know many others have different theories on how things work but we all found our "niche" so to speak. In all honesty reading many of the different thoughts and build theories in the forums we've found some that worked very well and then some we thought are just way too over thought. We find what works and stick with it. Like our *TE for example, I've seen so many build theories and how they need to have certain speed, or certain other skills. Our theory is they need to catch and that's exactly what he does and is very hard to stop. Just some examples though. (I missed adding this in) But as far as the run blocking skills they hold up very well, it won't be top like a pure run team such as bloody but being balanced it gets the job done. And you would be surprised by the S*TE build again because he can run block even though he does get reverse pancaked here and there. You would have to ask agent Charwh though for him to open his build if you are interested in seeing it.

Sounds similar to what we have going on with BSB builds. I went with many balanced type builds instead of going all out on any particular skills for many positions. A big difference is our lack of S* power on offense. We picked up one S* WR a couple of seasons back which has been pretty helpful but the team was all about going all in on defense from start up just to do something different.

We've been considering an all out powered Superstar defense sometime on a reset later down the road to see how it works out. We have a great OC and I have no doubts he can get the job done with no superstar power but it definitely helps a ton to have it no doubt, haha.
