Yep. I dunno how that happened.
In a vacuum it's great to have the 1 and 2 seed play the last week. In reality it's been a brutal schedule to end the season. Playing you guys twice, rebels, the fourth ladder team twice, and a championship in the last couple weeks. I know you guys haven't had it much easier. With university starting up again here a couple weeks ago, I may have to outsource some coaching soon.

Assuming rebels win the loser of the Kentucky vs lebowski game goes to number 3
I actually wonder about this. We had the same record, but it threw me on top of the ladder. Then we picked up the extra win, and although it was to a lower seed (i think 10th) than what you guys matched up to, it was still a push up the rankings. I'm not sure if we lose to the 2nd overall if that will drop us far enough down to get third. It's certainly a possibility though.
I think if Kentucky wins they'll hit the top seed for sure. Conflicting because they'll have an extra loss, but they'll have beat us twice, so I can't really complain. Just gotta man up and take care of work tomorrow.

In my opinion the last game should always be #1 vs #2. Last year in rookie we are 2nd at the end and we hadn't played the #1 team all year. It looked like a sure thing we'd match up, but instead we had to play like #4 or something which we had already played. I felt like we probably would've won a match up vs the top team with as strong as we played at the end, but I'll never know since we didn't get that chance.
I feel you on brutality. Last season we were number 1 a few weeks and it is much harder to stay on top than get to the top. Everyone brings their "A" game along with plenty of tomfoolery/shenanigans against you. As far as this season, according to the scout tool, you all had the hardest schedule, Southside's was second and us at 3rd. We lost our games early, but are coming strong now having won our rematches vs those teams so that seems to play into it.
Good luck tomorrow.

Yeah, it's something that the majority of agents would like to see happening, so can't really complain when I get that matchup. I remember that last season, was a shame you and Lab Rats never got a shot at each other. We've had three, haha.
Good luck to you guys tomorrow. Not to circle jerk too hard, but you and Southside are definitely the most intense games to watch.

nvm i just looked at it and you guys have #1 locked now congrats. you are almost 10 ladder ranks above us. i dont think kentucky winning would have brought them above you.

Damn, that was unexpected all around. I kinda took a gamble, since my line and RB (who are pretty much dedicated to run builds to this point) are completely ineffective against you, so I decided to sell out on the pass. As has been the trend with our head to head matchups, you will figure out how to shut down that too and we'll just keep alternating wins. Grateful that I pulled this one out.
Good game and thanks for making us better.

Yeah I told the team that it would be close game unless you did something drastic that I couldn't account for. When I saw you go all out on the pass early I knew it was going to end badly for us.
Well played and congrats on your number 1.
