I took a 2 year break off of GLB and came back 2 weeks ago... I intended to go back to GLb1 but it was a ghoest town and I didnt see many people I enjoyed playing with, so I signed up here

it's a shame that your rookie league sucks, though

I'm fairly certain they're seperate.
no, you can only play one at a time, which is why we're trying to figure out which game is better.

I played Classic from Season 2 or 3ish till somewhere in the teens. Quit cause I found myself bored out of my mind.

Games matter, whether rookie or veteran. Many consider the end of last season's rookie campaign one of the better finishes to the season we've had.
Kinda proud I could play spoiler to one of the #1 ranked teams.

I just went over to GLB Classic, I have 2 free players available.
Everyone not in denial knows which game is better

The funnest part of the shows were the chats on teamspeak or skype... those got a little insane.

You make it seem like people who play GLB2 never played Classic. Many of us played Classic from early on. I personally joined in Season 1 and owned a team from Season 2 through sometime around Season 40. Never made WL but was competitive in USA Pro for a dozen or so seasons. I also built a dot that went on to be WL MVP.
Was I the best at Classic? Nope. Never made that claim. I just happen to think that GLB2 is more fun. Games matter, whether rookie or veteran. Many consider the end of last season's rookie campaign one of the better finishes to the season we've had. When was the last time a rookie game in GLB Classic mattered? The same can be said for every tier up to (and including) World League.
Now, would I discourage anyone from trying out Classic? Nope. In fact I encourage people to take a look. Most, however, won't survive as a new player.
McMVP you and Bhall are GMs on one of his teams......

Maybe he just wants you guys back lol

it's unfortunate that one is better than the other, because then only that one is worth playing.

You're still welcome to try. If they have any those 1 season peewee leagues you might be able to enjoy something.

It is all in what you put into it. I dont usually put much into it until they get older The same can be said for every tier up to (and including) World League.

that last sentence was what my thread was about. Was specifically directed at guys who played GLB2 who had not tried GLB1.
and the survival rate is why I offered up help.
