meh, I don't really care about rookie-journeyman. I know others value the experience at those tiers more though.

It's all about veteran for me, and thus pro gets some love in my eyes since you can realistically start striking out at some of the better veteran teams.

I'm pretty glad we've lost the games we have with GA this season. Excellent opportunities for me to badger guys that are slacking on various aspects of their builds. The caps are there. Convincing people to use them instead of dumping points in other less valuable areas is the challenge of the multi-agent team GM.

Eh, it's sort of apples and oranges. Conventional roster vs unconventional roster. Ground Assault's 5-2 D is going to struggle in rookie against teams that know how to exploit it.

To be fair, you are the Lou Holtz of hyping your opponent. Every team you are about to play is a legitimate top 5 team in your eyes. I think Ground Assault is going to have a ton of trouble on defense due to their roster limitations and will struggle with the top teams. I don't think they will ever be as dominant as a team like Minnesota due to defense alone and the adding the fact that rushing defenses have never been better.

That's the one flaw I possibly see with them moving forward. And the Radicals' defense originally was built that way, and we adjusted to expand our roster and we are having our best season yet. We have some beastly LBers (Yeah, I build good backers).

I am interested to see how GA competes next season - I am a GA believer, and think besides them, we are also a force moving into Vet next season. We've been bullying Pro around this season, of course, besides GA...

We are about to see how GA deals with nothing but 2 WR passes with about half of those screens. If they can stop it good for them.

FSM already did the screen thing. It works pretty good and has for awhile now

I was actually very surprised that no one else has used it, pretty small sample size to go off of and it seemed their WRs fell down a ton.

Something big needs to change IMO, maybe I'm in the minority but this game is declining pretty fast. I know this is an off day that falls on a Saturday, but so far we have had about 10 posts on the entire day. I don't know if hte answer is a more volatile ladder, but I think it could help. I'm starting to lean towards the guys who want a ladder reset each season, I think that could spice things up...

I have had a crazy day at the cafe. Weekends are not my best poasting days. I feel like we will have an influx of activity when some of these up and coming teams move into Vet.

Then again...Potts, Ninja, now tezed...

idk i know im in the minority also but but i think the best thing that can happen to the game is everyone slowly fading away. once their cash cow of free revenue for doing literally nothing disappears they might have to re-evaluate their shitty business strategy and start making some big changes to get some people back on board
