meh, I don't really care about rookie-journeyman. I know others value the experience at those tiers more though.
It's all about veteran for me, and thus pro gets some love in my eyes since you can realistically start striking out at some of the better veteran teams.
I'm pretty glad we've lost the games we have with GA this season. Excellent opportunities for me to badger guys that are slacking on various aspects of their builds. The caps are there. Convincing people to use them instead of dumping points in other less valuable areas is the challenge of the multi-agent team GM.
