Interestingly still says hurried; wonder what the modifiers to the pass roll are after a broken sack.

Are you sure you even went through every replay?

Another thing I noticed was that that throw wasn't a hurried one. So presence of a nearby defender hurries the throw even if he fell on the ground and therefore shouldn't really be a factor? That's weird.

It's interesting how the defender falls about the same time the QB launches the ball. Is it possible you think to throw the ball while being tackled, which means that the QB doesn't necessarily have to break a tackle? I sure hope to see more from those your QB!

shit i thought i did. (besides that Assassin game) Watching from an Iphone isn't always the most reliable way to watch replays though.

all the replays answer my questions about it working like power running though.

The level you'd have to take this is totally not worth it.

My QB has been sacked 15 times, hurried 17 times, and have fumbled 6 times.

Is it still footwork you're pumping? I guess that is the magical third wheel in the break tackle formula?

I feel like there are lots of high balance high power running high speed players not breaking a lot of tackles for more than a few extra YAC.

Ya footwork and quickness. I figure that will speed up his pocket rollout.

Sooo bhall do you think drop back grip plausible to use on a qb and still be able to throw well?

Currently I am not sure Drop Back Grip is really doing you much good unless you are trying to stay upright with balance and power. Much better off going the route of getting the ball out as quick as possible and moving well in the pocket.

I've seen good results moving it up a bit from base; just so that DEs with low power tackling aren't forcing fumbles every second time you get sacked.
