Not sure what you're getting at here. Like I said, I'm not the smartest here, I'm trying to learn too. So help me out if I fucked up somewhere.

you don't have to make 17 posts to respond to 17 people. you can keep pressing quote on different posts, and it will insert it into the post you're already writing (without erasing anything).

Every team has 33% chance to win every game.

Whether that % goes up or down is because the builders/coordinators have damaged their own chances.

Yeah, yesterday I was on an epinephrine booster and just responding to each post as soon as I read them before going through the whole thread. Kinda did clutter shit up. But I cleaned the house up, lol. btw, not an excuse, I did that wrong and probably made things harder for other people, thanks for letting me know.

The ladder using elo says otherwise.

I disagree.

1 post replying to 17 different people is terrible form unless you can answer all 17 people with one reply.

Just as each paragraph should be kept on point, each post should be on point.

Of course not, and ladder rank doesn't determine elo either. But as I understand from reading a bit on elo and Nib's explanations (smart man), each team has a calculated chance to win, and that helps in determining how much elo each team wins or loses. Not sure on that though.

But if everyone just blindly accepted that everyone has a 33% then why are people not happy being stuck in divisions where they think the other teams don't offer competition? If you matched teams with like records, thereby also more closely matching the skill level of those coords, then yeah, you coem closer to a 33% split.

I suppose I could have mixed the two, maybe combining like posts into one bunch of replies to cut down on the total number of replies to keep things a little cleaner. Some people get confused one way, and some the other way :/ I try to be as direct and thorough as possible, some people don't like to read it all though.
