#2 ladder team, lots of agents, O-line spread across several agents:

#3, one man team: http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/roster/198
#4, lots of agents, 4 agents own o-line: http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/roster/146
#5, lots of agents, 5 agents own o-line: http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/roster/183
It is clearly possible to win without one or two agents owning the whole team, or even the whole o-line.
do teams that talk to their coordinator about their builds do better than teams who have players who just build randomly? Yes, I'm sure, and they should. But you don't have to own it all yourself, so stop claiming you do.
I'm not saying you have to do that to be successful. And for a (once again) "casual" game, all of this coordination requires a lot of time. My fear is the long term. Will this eventually become GLB Franchise Mode
