As in do they work like free players where you create them and you lose that 'free player' to build but when you retire you get that 'free player' back?

I don't believe so. I also remember reading that you don't accrue superstar points while you own a superstar in that tier, either.

Is it better to evenly distribute points into all relevant stats or too maximize a couple important ones and worry about the others later?

uh better to bring up the important attributes at a slightly faster rate than what you feel would be the secondary attributes... but a balanced approach is the ideal in this game. People going all out in sprint right now are in for a rude awakening.

You can't really go wrong. I generally slowly work on the high price stats while using my leftover SP's on cheaper skills that are helpful towards my SA.

When defensive backs turn while the ball is in the air is the speed of his rotation based on quickness or footwork

a good example of what im talking about is this play where the FS turns to locate the ball and knocks it loose. What Im asking is what attribute mainly deals with the quickness in which he turns

So quickness, footwork, and balance are all Incorporated into that

For their Tier yes. You get 3 superstars. One for each flex tier when you complete the ropes to get one for that tier.

Conflicting?

Yeah, if you are off-balance, you can't do anything very well.

The ability to stick with your man is the Coverage skill and Man Awareness.

I noticed huge issues on the test server with single man coverage almost always being blown, even when you had 85+ man awareness and pass coverage.

On an Island and Chase Down abilities are VERY important for a man D later on, imo.

I didn't get it then. Are superstars like gaining a 'free player'?

Meaning that you can create that one, then retire and re-create that same earned one?

or

Once you create it that's it and your counter restarts and you have to earn another one?

I don't know what happens when you retire a superstar (whether you get a new one with or without having to complete the tier again i dont know) but that has nothing to do with my statement.
