Imo, counting wins (or losses) before they come is a grave mistake. I disagree with your handicapping skills to stay the least, stick to CBs and KRers ldo.

So talking shit before games are playing is okay, but projecting wins and losses is not? Don't be a hypocrite. You don't get to talk shit until you earn it. But we can project your success (or not) based upon your past failures.

Reading comprehension FTW...

#1 I'm pretty sure the WL forum is filled with crazy people that hear voices about me talking shit to individual opponents before I play them.

#2 I didn't say it is not ok to post, I said I strongly disagree with your viewpoint which imo clearly has nothing to do with any evidence from this season. Feel free to post the dribble I guess and pretend you are being original or intelligent with your words.

#3 I can "talk shit" on an internet forum whenever I choose, though again you should check out #1 imo. The fact that someone like yourself who has never owned a team in WL talks shit to me for getting a team here 9 times, is p stupid btw. I guess I should gut my team more so everyone thinks I'm a coolkid.

"Can" and "should" are two different things.

Someone who hasn't owned a team shouldn't talk shit to someone who made the WL once and failed. When you've failed to make the playoffs 9 times in a row and run your mouth before most of those failures, everyone can talk shit to you.

I don't need to make WL with a team to talk shit to you. Owning teams is obviously something I've never been interested in. I build dots, and my dots are some of the best in the game. You like owning teams and building dots, but you've failed at both when it comes to WL success.

So there is more "honor" or "rep" or something in making the WL once, getting rolled, then gutting, as opposed to keeping a team going? Peeps like you with this argument are morons. There'd also be less haterz if we stuck in Pro all that time and never made WL, but this obv would not a better team make. Also clearly to say we've missed the playoffs 9 seasons in a row is a bit misguided as it may be a bit premature to say the Hedgehogs missed the s37 playoffs for their 9-peat ldo

To reiterate, someone shouldn't talk shit on calling someone a failed team owner (using arbitrary criteria) if they are not a more successful team owner. Making the playoffs does not a successful WL season make, shitz about championships guy.

Regardless I've enjoyed the ride, zero regrets.

Most of my dots have gotten open market WL offers and had WL success tbh. My current OT for instance has allowed 1 sacks and 6 hurries in 23 WL games (which is impressive considering I'm the Mike Martz of GLB). Doesn't really matter to me if you think I'm a good/bad dotbuilder tho. Having more fun with my interesting builds then I'd have making the same 2 dots over and over, on the 2 positions that are hardest to notice individual success/failure (aside from QB).Originally posted by podger1001

He's my 1st generation CB that was decidedly better than LHF's 1st generation CB. If only I had built 1 dot for the last 4 years over and over, I could pretend to be a great dotbuilder like lhf.

View it as "less bad." You running a team is like a fat chick entering beauty pageants. Maybe she keeps winning Miss Buttermilk County to reach the state, but by the third time she popped her bathing suit and chose eating sausage as a talent, she probably should have stopped entering or at least bought a treadmill.

You mean the one who gave up 7 and 5 sacks in two Pro seasons and doesn't even start for your own team?

There are times when I look at the Hedgehogs and think, "Y'know, keeping the Hedgehogs at such a consistent level for so long is kinda impressive when you step back and look at it. I mean, he always flames out when he actually GETS into WL, but it's hard to maintain a--"

--and then you post something. And I read it, and I go back to being annoyed by you.

Wise, I think the reason nobody wants to give you credit for what you've accomplished is because you demand way more credit than what you've actually earned, and people over-react to that and respond by not wanting to give you any credit at all.

Seriously. I think if you had just come up into WL again this season and hadn't said anything and somehow made it into the playoffs, people would either stay silent or congratulate you for finally making it. But because you kicked the door in -- again -- and began loudly demanding respect and adoration from everyone in the room -- again -- nobody's going to give you any of that now, even if you make the playoffs.

Yes, "cool kid" cliques are annoying as fuck. But I think sometimes the "uncool" kids need to step back and do some honest self-assessment and figure why they're considered "uncool," and look for legitimate areas of improvement in themselves. You'd be surprised how far that can take you sometimes.

-----

Not that you're gonna pay attention to any of this, of course. WiseIvan's gonna WiseIvan. But I'm in the mood to post something more constructive and less insulting this morning, so there ya go.
