LHF seems to care about Texas BBQ sauce. And you clearly are not a fan of Memphis-style sauce.

I think his point was that Memphis is a tiny bit famous for dry ribs.

If it is so good by itself, then why have a distinctive sauce and then not that you can put this distinctive sauce on the dry ribs?

Don't know, tbh, since the ribs are better without. People make Corona Light, too.

Why would I care about what men's health has to say? The guy probably hasn't even been to Texas.

Corona Light just has twice the mexican piss of ordinary Corona. Stick with Bud and get 100% American-piss.

And I should care what a New Yorker of French ancestry who is a former cocaine, heroin, and LSD addict thinks of bbq? Being famous for writing a “tell-all” book about the cooking industry and hosting a T.V. show where he eats a bunch of crazy shit doesn’t give the guy a license to just decide which place has the best bbq.

Bourdain is one of the top TV shows without a doubt. I would trust his opinions on where to eat.

Conversely I am skeptical of the opinions of people who think the universe begins and ends in Texas
