I am not sure but I believe that CPU dots get same level as the competition not the same level as the other dots on the team.

This is false... The CPU go to the level of the human opposition, not the level of the team they are on.

The reason SLAP All-Stars is winning, is cause people aren't game planning to stop a blitzing defense and don't game plan to stop the run. 10 minutes of game planning could easily change the game outcome, unless you have really bad builds.
