I guess the solution is to rank our teams how we want to, and let them go by effective level since they want to.

No arguments here.. teams 3 thru 9 are all very good teams. You could make an argument that pretty much any of that group could be the 3rd best team or the 9th best team...

I agree with that chris. That was actually the hard part, I kept switching around 3-8 trying to get the best order possible.
