Man that's a heart breaker, we actually had the lead at halftime and tied going into the 4th quarter, ficking INT anyway!! Great game and a shitload better than I thought it'd be.

You had me shakin in my boots at the half. I think it was your stamina more than anything that lost the game for you. Great game planning by the way you once again showed that Level isn't everything.

This is about as even as they get this week, I'll go with the gut feeling that the Smokers eek out a win here.

Dublin Boghoppers over Amsterdam Red Lights W

The Boghoppers are one of the hottest teams in the league, riding a 6 game winning streak mostly on a great defense. The Red Lights have been a little inconsistent this year but could pull it out if they hit a upswing in planning.

Athens Nighthawks over Brussels Massacre W

This is a tale of running vs passing, the Nighthawks run, run and run some more while the Massacre pass, pass and pass some more. This game should be fun to watch the as both teams have top defenses. Nighthawks by a touchdown or less, if there are any touchdowns in this game.

Iceland Dream Team over Syracuse Slashers W

IDT is on a new streak, a good one this time, and should continue here. The Slashers offense seems to be starting to click, but the defense is lacking the league.

Oslo Norsemen over Maniac Shadows W

The Norsemen are hitting a stride lately and should continue the trend here with a balanced attack against this average defense. The Shadows have beat the people they should and lost to the ones they should have, an average team here and if they can stay together, their building for next season.

Arlington Avalanche over Burnt Orange Rising W

The Avalanche just needs to control the ball and they should win easily. BOR needs to give their defense a rest and find some offense.

Coventry Terror over Barcelona Admirals W

The Terror are starting to put it together, maybe to late this season but could run next season. The Admirals have beat cupcakes, and the Terror aren't a cupcake team. Could be a good game.

Glad we proved you wrong on that one, but like you said it was VERY close. We stopped them once on the 2 yard line and only gave up a field goal, they missed a field goal late in the game, and then we stopped another scoring drive by coming up with an interception on our 10. It could have gone either way several times during the game, but we were just a little bit more fortunate than the Smokers.

They have a very good running game as I had our D set up almost solely to stop the run, but they still pushed it down the field on us.

Week 11 Predictions:

Dayton <-FnA-> over Athens Nighthawks

Moving along. (In a side note: this is the battle of money, Dayton has the lowest salary in the league, and the Nighthawks have the highest, not that it matters but interesting)

Drunken Munkeys over Amsterdam Smokers

This is going to be a battle of wills, the Munkeys are the class of the conference and the Smokers want it. Who will win, its almost a coin flip but we'll go with the Munkeys and the 1-2 punch on offense.

Glasgow Doom over Barcelona Admirals

The Admirals are a great team on paper and with such a great QB, they just don't have the rest quite put together yet, but if they do this team could go places. The Doom's defense is just too good for this opponent, and should limit the amount of time the opposite QB is on the field.

Dublin Boghoppers over Syracuse Slashers

The Boghoppers are rolling with a 7 game streak and that should continue over a mediocre Slashers team.

Amsterdam Red Lights over Brussels Massacre

This is going to be another close one but the rolling Red Lights should be able to stop the Massacre offense that has sputtered as of late.

Iceland Dream Team over Arlington Avalanche

IDT are a streaky team and this streak will go to 3 as they will run over the Avalanche defense while they hung in there, they just give out too many points.

Oslo Norsemen over Burnt Orange Rising

The Norsemen have been a pleasant surprise the last 3 weeks and will continue here in a one sided affair.

Coventry Terror over Maniac Shadows

The Terror are really starting to surprise everyone also, they have a good running attack and great blocks put in place for a late season run. The Shadows just aren't living up to the hype they built after beating the Nighthawks, they go down here to a team on the rise.
