Man....I've been pondering this since I heard you guys are wanting to do it. I just see no way that everyone would adhere. I would do it but I'm doubting it will happen.

If nobody boosted or bought CEQ....you guys do realize that Bort will make nothing off of Pee Wee leagues and will eliminate them entirely. After all he's not doing this game just for shits and giggles.

Though I do think he needs to lower the cost for Pee Wee play.

Sure he'd make money. Approximately $4.00 a team.

bort doesnt make money off you using flex...he makes it off u buying the flex....whether or not u come back for more is the issue...if i feel like the money i put into this game is only getting me so far, im not gonna go buy more, im just gonna stop playing...so if it costs me 30% of my flex to play 1 season, plus whatever i pay for team ownership and scrimmages, its now close to 40%...so where is my motivation to keep playing into bort's cash cow, when im burning through my flex at this rate

No he could make it like the hardcore leagues like he is doing for the upper levels next season. He wouldn't force you to boost, but boosting would be VERY much encouraged.

Isn't boosting and CEQ already very much encouraged in pee wee?

I've got a few agents that can only afford 1 player a season. If we decide to do this they could be more involved with the team and have multiple players. Most teams are like the Pigs and have one person building the majority of the players. I think it's time to give everyone a chance to contribute.

I have faith that most everyone that say's they'll go with this idea will stick to their word. The ones that boost because they are at the bottom of the rankings should realize that boosting may keep them in gold one more year. The next season everyone will be boosting and out to make sure they get booted out of gold.

So you guys are going to boot FG out of gold good luck with that... most of you can't even beat them when you have boosted and they haven't.

I think we're going to run into game/sim issues asking everyone to NOT boost and NOT custom EQ. When punters are still punting 16 yards in week 6, there's going to be an outcry for boosting. Also, how's a 15-20 vision CB going to do against someone with 5 or more in Pump Fake?

I think a more practical option for Season 16 is agree to NOT custom EQ. We keep this stance until we get some help with the ridiculous amount of Flex competitive Pee Wee requires.

We need to communicate to GLB why we are doing this. We feel competitive Pee Wee is too expensive and would like changes to either a higher rate of return on flex for 1 and done players and/or no custom EQ until Level 16.

I think we have a better chance at a higher rate of return on Flex for dots that reach early retirement.
-Helps competitive Pee Wee become more reasonably priced...
-Helps new agents who mess up their long term builds because of lack of knowledge.
-It also helps long term builders that are still early in their building plans deal with game nerfs that can mess up a build plan.

Dot retired after 1Season - 90% Flex return
2 Seasons- 80% Flex return
3 Seasons- 75% Flex return
4 Seasons- 70% Flex return

I also think EatDaBeaver is doing a good thing by trying to spread the word and make some noise. Remember the passing nerf in Season 12?? Enasty did the same thing and we received an early level passing boost that has made Pee Wee alot more balanced and fun.

I'll likely be changing this to just no CE and leave boosting as is, I'll be sending out another round of PMs (including gold this time) letting people know of the change, and also the number of teams in each league that have already agreed to not buy CE.

Though I'd love to do boosting as well, the more valid, and likely more effective method is to just organize no CE and maybe try for boosting if this outcry goes unheard.

As far as agents who own their entire team, I'd like to know exactly who those people are, and we can just put there heads on the trust block, as... teams with multiple agents won't be any more capable of boosting on a whim than any other team they face.

Essentially, I don't think that anyone is going to just blatantly lie to try to get a Gold trophy, because honestly, where would that put them, besides the laughing stock of Pee-Wee.

I'm sure they could post it in the general GLB forum and get a good laugh... but those of us who care about this game will all know who the real champions were....

The thing that makes this the most laughable is that you could somehow keep people from putting together a Pee Wee team in a future season. I'll tell you this right now, no matter how hard you try to organize this it will fail.

If I am involved with any Pee Wee gold teams next season I promise that I will buy CE and in most cases boost. Please try to blacklist me.
