that sucks man All the ccc alumn are done...

Still, I wouldn't mind a rematch next year! (of course we still have to get by the care bear stear and the Powerhouse running game)

I don't think it's a conspiracy...but I'm convinced, ESPECIALLY after doing all that data entry last month an all the teams in USA Leagues, including the playoffs...that there is some "underdog/upset" algorithm in build into the playoffs. Bort claims nothing changes, but when I run the numbers through my spreadsheets, there most definitely IS a difference, and my numbers say something ain't right.

What really jumped out at me, was WHERE the upsets occured. Too many identical scores were happening according to the SLOT position across hundreds of leagues. That was not a normal, random event, which is what should occur if there is a random number generator running all the plays.

I'm glad you are on top of this, I thought last season was worse over the leagues that I saw and nothing I have seen this playoff season in this league surprises me including the Houston loss. Very mild upset, nothing impressive. Austin would have been a stunning upset. I have seen several superior teams go down across the leagues so I don't know for sure what's up.

I don't think any of the Western Conference playoff losses were that shocking at all. Dallas and Chicago are both SOLID squads.

Alumni are kicking ass in AA1 so far and are a combined 8-0!!

the AA4 Alumni are doing as well as they are 2-2. The Denton Spartans did lose to the Atlantis Whitecaps who have a Mick on their roster, so that's understandable

Yes we are. I'm excited for our first real test on 08/10 in facing the Pirates. I'm hoping we can show that we aren't just another team that will beat up on weaker teams, a win over the pirates should establish us as a main contender in the playoffs.

You don't need a win over us to show you're a contender.

But a win over the Perfection would help.

Losing to the Perfection is nothing to be ashamed of. They have continually dominated the USA A1 but have just fallen short in the playoffs.

wasn't just bemoaning the loss, not saying a loss to the Perfection was anything to be shamed of.. They are a good team.
