One of us has to be in the east and win it all, CV. That's just how it goes. If Alpine is in west and meets up with you guys from the east in the final, we'll consider throwing the game in order to keep tradition alive?

you're not even guaranteed to go back to USA. someone has to come to Canada. not all 3 demoted USA pro teams can fit into their two spots.
