They were questions about how you planned to handle those items. I wouldn't mind being negative if I knew I had another pay day. However if you have another $1.6M coming then you are fine as that provides the money to upgrade.
Now if you lose that 1st round game you may be in trouble but the chances of that are pretty slim.
Much like you have I been projecting money for a long time to make sure I had some left at the end of the season.

Truth be told, we changed a lot of tactics setting on defense and offense, still trying to find the right mix.
