Once defenses actually equal yours in level and care about winning, your production will fall off anyway. It always happens when a player hits uncapped leagues, especially to elusive HBs.

LMAO, just check his Team History and Playoff History. I was with the same team for 4 Seasons, and we moved up two caps every season, and yet you still think I was over leveled my entire career so far, lol.

Elusive Backs can be competitive if built right at any stage in this game.

I'm too lazy for that.

Elusive backs can be, yes, but they are far more dependent on the level of competition and the coordination of the OC. If the DC plans for outside rushes, and the OC doesn't adjust or stop rushing outside altogether, your elusive will get raped every time. This doesn't happen at lower levels and elusive HBs just speed around defenses left and right. You know this.

update for season 13.

Leading the league (blowout adjusted BTW) in rushing, rushing TDs, MVP vote again. Looking for 3rd straight triple crown.

Carries are down a little this year, still averaging a TD every 3-4 touches...10+ YPC, and has only lost 6 fumbles in 1738 career carries.

hasn't turned 5 seasons old yet and has in 77 games done this

Rusty Pickle = Beast

and pickle wins his third straight MVP. Missed out on the triple crown this season...40 yards shy of a HB 3 seasons older who went for 500-800 yards against every gut job he faced. Blowout Adjusted had 9 more TD's then the next guy.

Name me any other RB who has 3 MVP's in a row, 3 TD's golds, 2 Yardage Golds and 1 silver 3 seasons. I don't know if there are any....

you guys had his number, he even lost a fumble in that one...he's only lost 6 in 1800 carrier carries, so that was a very impressive showing. I'm not gonna watch the tape, but if I remember you guys have a monster DT or MLB who kept breaking through the middle and was on Pickle right when he got the handoff.

you guys have a very solid (and highly leveled) defense...and they did indeed shut down Pickle for the most part. He did score the only TD in the game on either side of the ball tho.
