In my opinion, there is more money in the long run for Bort by providing a fun experience for agents who want to be serious about dotball, then for agents that want to fuck with other agents.

Sorry, I missed the "proof to the contrary" that was provided that what you are doing doesn't affect my GLB enjoyment. Not sure how you can disprove how I feel, but I am open to reviewing this proof. Give me a rough idea where to look and I will go read it.

It's the reason I never looked at CPL - those guys seemed to be having their fun, it didn't interest me, so I stayed out.....there was great dotball played there, but the community was just not something I wanted to be a part of.

If WL is becoming CPL v 2.0, which is at least my perception, then I'll look elsewhere for GLB enjoyment and no tears will be shed either by or for me. I don't think that is what the supposed "top league" in a simulation of this nature should be about, but it is not up to me alone to determine. It is up to the administrators first and foremost and up to the user base if the admins choose not to determine what their game should be about.

It's not a pissing contest between the fun of two individuals. It's between a few people and everyone else. The good of the many outweigh the good of the few. Although, in this case, the few just want to piss on everything so it's not really even any good.

I think you are lumping waaaaay to many people in the "many" category. Only a few care, only a few fuck with those people. The rest in the middle probably don't give a shit either way. So if we are really going to do what is good for the majority, get rid of the whiners and those who piss them off.

YO Vando, the problem isn't that people are actually caring about the trophies, the problem is that a few people have decided that getting Gart banned is the easiest way to beat Gart's team, and so they are now trying really hard to accomplish that.

Actually we think getting Gart banned is the best way to prevent him from fucking up the game again. People are tired of him and the rest of the CPL/Hali bullshit that you guys pull to ruin the game for the rest of us. He just happens to be the one who made the big mistake and stepped over the line way too many times. Now people are tired of it, and they want him gone and this shit prevented from ever happening again. For those of us who genuinely enjoy and are dedicated to this game, the integrity of the game is more important than one trophy. To preserve that integrity, something needs to be done.
