Scoo Boo should be in the conversation with the J Bo. Scoo Boo has another 100 receiving yards than J Bo with the same amount of receptions and he has another TD in the air. The fact that his numbers are comparable to J Bo when the Vacationers have a QB and WR in the conversation should say something about Scoo Boo.
I think games agains't playoff teams should be weighed heavily here. Its great to go into a game agains't a low level team and dominate but scoring 70+ on purpose isn't my concern so unfortunately my players fall short in these popularity contests.
I could care less if any of the guys on the Vacationers get voted to anything because its not my goal or our teams goal in the end to rack up stats.
I am happy to see you guys doing this though because its good for league forum participation so good luck with it.

if you could care less if your players get awards, then why are you pushing so hard for Scoo Boo?

Well I wouldn't say he is pushing so hard (first and only post he put up, about this post), and he has a point.

Pass or run its hard to ignore Scoo boo for MVP because he makes the most of every touch he gets and has done what he has done with less opportunity over the last few games.
I think at the least he should be in the conversation.
this is his message from page 7. i think that's considered pushing.

Are you serious? THAT is considered PUSHING? He states his belief, and that belief is that Scoo Boo should be in the conversation. No demanding or berating or anything of the sort.

It's natural for people to push for players on their own team - in order to maintain objectivity, we should agree not to even bring up players on our own team

I don't know. I see nothing wrong with stating a players case, then if questioned about, answer why you think they should be considered, and if all points are valid, then why not. Don't think it matters if they are on your team or not. Just as long as it doesn't turn into a huge lobbying campaign. I mean the awards don't count for anything, it's all for fun.

I'm not voting but I will be objective for my own players to be in the conversation if its brought to my attention. I appreciate it when players take an interest in participating in the league forum so if I think one of them deserves credit for what he has done I'll say something.
In the end a championship is what matters so all of this is just side bar chit chat for me. My only concern is this not being a distraction for the Vacationers. If I think someone deserves to be in the conversation I'm going to say it, so its not a distraction for him not to be recognized, which Scoo Boo should be.

I'm just honored to be considered.
I spent last season on a team that the owner abandoned and left CPU players in 90% of the starting slots. As a result Tadpole barely had any game time at all. I had a center on the Dragons and when the season was over and I could finally get away from the lousy team the GM of the Dragons brought me on board.
The first few games of this season I split time with another QB on our roster in a QB battle. I won out, luckily as the other QB is good as well, and the other QB was traded to a team where he could start. Since then I have been very fortunate in that I am surrounded by a great group of guys who are all dedicated to making the Dragons the best team we can be.
To even be nominated for MVP was a shock and as I said I feel fortunate just to be considered.
Thanks to you all!
