I think having players on your team pre-draft or outside of draft is restricted this time? Being that there will be an entire League dedicated to the draft.

Although I'm a draft newbie, I tend to agree with Bizzarro on this one. If teams aren't completely filled out by draft players by the end of the draft, then we can fill holes. But in the spirit of the draft, the draft teams should mostly if not entirely be filled out with draft players.

Well most the ppl taking apart in the Draft are going to put there own stars on there team right? Well isn't that already planned out before the draft? So why should those ppl get a shot a Stars over teams that are not going to have owners with stars?
This already happen with the Tiger Cats. They had 4-5 stars already planned to join the team and a few other players.
The other problem is what about the ppl not even posting about a team and just talking to ppl in PM????????????
At the end of the day it really doesn't matter to me. All my Stars are already locked up so I wont be able to add 3 stars to teams like some ppl can. I'll have to use the Draft 100% for a star.

At the very least, there should be a limit on the amount of players you can sign outside of the draft. (for the rookie season)
If you're going to create players, put them into the draft. If you want them for your own team, draft them. That way everyone has a shot at the same players and teams aren't just using the draft to fill holes on an otherwise "non-draft" roster.
