Do I have to have flex points to level up?

I've got a quick question...When I first came into the game, I chose to play with a team that was cpu controlled, just a couple weeks ago. Now it has been bought by a human. I've been training my MLB to a level 3 and he was a starter for two games and did pretty well with 14 tackles. The owner dropped him to 3rd on the depth chart for two cpu Players. Point is, I sent him a note to let him know that I didn't agree with the move and I get no response.
Question is...Am I stuck with this owner? Or can I sign with another team since it was a cpu team when I signed. He only has 3-4 human players including a new MLB level 4, which now puts my guy 4th on the depth chart. Or does another team have to trade for my guy?

Nope, you can level up naturally with nightly and gametime XP.

You are stuck until someone trades for you or the owner releases you. Bort will be adding an option to leave a CPU team if it's bought by a human, but timetable on that is unknown and wouldn't help you anyway.

How does nightly XP work? A set amount each night for a certain level?

Will seasons in all leagues end at the same time, so that free agency is game-wide?

And can players move from one league to another (say, from Oceania to South America?)

I think so. In another topic it says that the new teams in SE Asia only have like 5-6 games to play this season in order to finish at the same time with the other teams.

Yes, they can. I don't think teams can, but players def. can.

-then it doesn't seem to me like the seasons would end at the same time?

Blue stats are the ones that are improved by the equipment you wear.

Okay I know this is a real Newbie question, but how does the game play work?

Where do the plays/stats come from?

Are these games something we can watch?

I have not been able to figure out how to add "Special Ability" points to my players. I get Prerequistie Skill Levels Not Met. I see lesser players with points added, so what am I missing here and how do I add points to this section?

Im a newbie as well but I would guess that you need higher of a certain physical skill before being able to raise that particular Special Ability or another special ability in that tree before that one needs to be raised higher before the one you want raised can be raised. I'm thinking physical skill needs raised.

But I'm just a noob so I would wait for someone else's take. That was just what I thought it ment when i saw that.
