I'm still chasing defensive gremlins: When I sit down and watch the PBP, I see defensive plays that I don't recognize, shouldn't be there, and I don't know how they pop into my DAI.
This happens every season.
Oh well, I will go over my DAI and related packages for the umpteenth time and see if I finally spot the cause.

I think it could be a glitch boss. I'm not saying my AI is flawless, it's testing right but I ran some things today on offense that's not in my goal line package luckily I got the score anyway. If everything is testing properly I wouldn't put too much stock into it. Nothing we can do about a glitch in the sim

I will check again, but when I see basic plays “2WR 4-3 Zone” called and not one of the plays I have in my DAI packages…..drives me nuts. Especially when it gives up big yards or a score.

And I found it...........one of those ID10T errors.

4. Atlanta 404- Atlanta's ranking matches its team name after the biggest league win this week!! With the Mannings undercover as QB1 and QB2 the 404 passing game found holes in the Smurf defense while their defense did a great job stopping the Mania. So i figured 404 was the Atlanta Zip code so i check and Atlanta is 303! So wondering where the 404 comes from?

No worries smurf, i get it. I don't normally gameplan either. I did plan for our game but before that was several months ago vs argo in rookie. GG

UU DD LRLR Start. This worries me. Does the sim favor one team over another this much or did fred put the old code in. How do I get my team this " sim friendly "

GG Mean Green! It was real tight through the 1st half then we were able to get enough stops to pull away. Your team is looking good!

Thanks for the kind words, I will say that my OAI had a glaring hole, my inputs were done under 1st quarter instead of whole game so starting with the 2nd quarter, the basic tactics were used lol.

I have my AI fixed now, will get a true test tonight in the tournament game vs Philly.

This season is definitely going to be harder for sure.

PeeWee Gold Season 117 Power Rankings!!

Week 3 and the rankings are still in flux, a lot of movement so far with the 404 being the seasons top riser so far. Some big games coming up in week 4!

1. Irridescent Ditch Fish- Nice win over North Texas, we were nervous the entire 1st half before getting a little breathing room in the 2nd. Fish offense is doing good, but our defense has been struggling so far and will need to work out a few kinks before this weeks big game.

2. Atlanta 404-Well that was worrysome for the rest of the league, we haven't seen the Yaks defense schooled like that ever. The 404 offense is really looking impressive, the defense tough and they have exploded up the charts the first 3 weeks and look to be the best team at this point.

3. Rome Gladiator Yaks- Yaks really struggled to get any footing against Atlanta. The 404 seem to cause the opponents to freeze up in fright and forget the game plan. This week Yakbak 1 decided he wanted the ball passed to him a lot! To his credit he caught 25 of the 26 targets for a whopping 20 total yards. That will stall an offense for sure!

4.Philly Philly- The Philly RBs looked to be getting upset on the sideline, QB1 left, QB2 right, QB1 TD, QB2 TD. I think they were feeling left out but the QBs just didn't care and hogged the Glory and Touchdowns for themselves.

5. PeeWee Deadmen- Okay now it is certain the little guys need names, just look at how excited they were this week, each one trying to be the star and earn his name this week. And the lucky winner is PWDM HB4 providing 2 big TDs he is hereforth known as Mike Wazowski.

6. North Texas Mean Green- Mean Green played a very solid first half and then the basic AI referees got them and they ran out of stink in the the 2nd. Mestermaker and Olson both looked good, Longoria really seemed to struggle.

7. Berlin Mustaches- The Vickster was once again on his game and ran for 12 TDs as Berlin cruised to an easy win. Excited for our game this week! Certainly am not feeling overly confident, but will bring our barbering tools along and see if we can tame that unruly stache!

8. Smurf Maniacs- King Smurf was chased up a tree by Gargamel and his cat (aka real life) and his legions have taken up hiding in the toadstools for awhile. Smurfs still aren't any easy win but with the head honcho stranded they will struggle.

9. Pittsburgh Steamers- Full steam ahead! There it is win #1! Sadly it was against the rotten cheese, so not quite as exciting as it would have been. Pittsburgh is moving down the tracks slowly, as the steam builds, but at least in the right direction!

10. Green Bay Cheese- Too bad the Cheese folded, they played two of the toughest peewee defenses to start and that may have turned them off. If only they had realized that fine cheese takes time and ageing they might have stuck around.

11. Kinnick Legends-At least they have an offense to play around with this season. Might not win anything but could still get some good experience and have a little fun with crazy gameplans.

12. Deadwood Gunslingers- Competition! The Gunslingers are excited about the Cheese, going to try and not finish Dead last now.
