see how he always tries to troll his way out of admitting that he was wrong? this sort of 'blue line" thinking is so dangerous for people in his claimed profession. we need cops who can admit their mistakes instead of covering them up, especially when innocents suffer in the process. this goes beyond sooner's general ignorance and profound lack of critical thinking skills -- the problem here is the sheer arrogance in assuming that having a badge makes you an expert on everything and therefore everyone else is wrong.
