Everyone burns out eventfully. Just like any other MMO. Not sure why you felt the need to be so dramatic about it though.

Life without reactions is pretty meaningless.

Rather not be dull and boring like most people on this earth that follow the crowd.

Yes coaching is free but not many teams will let a rookie coach. With the teams that do they tend to do more than coaching. lol

This does not count when one agent creates more than 4 players for a team. So this just is FUBAR. So really you would need about more than half the player count [43] in agents to even be considered. Even at 21-22 agents that seems like a lower number of agents then have more than 75% of the player count of 43. ~32 agents. How many teams have more than 30 agents with a winning record.

Only team to consider really is http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/roster/1367
21 agents

You would be just fine with 30 different agents as long as you, the Defensive coordinator, owned the DE's and maybe the LB's.

Hmm, FSM in Vet has 14 different agents. It could've been over 20 though. Past few seasons I've tried to replace my o-lineman, but no takers.

Ah, Madison has 21 agents.

How many teams with 30+ agents do the following:
a) maintain activity from Rookie to Vet
b) have builds that fit the teams identity
c) spend SP according to what the OC and DC want

I suggest you try and start a team with a 30+ agents, get them all to have specific builds, luck into them not going inactive, as well as adhering to your build plans.

Or you could look at your own team. 16 inactive players on your team. Smaller player pool filled with guys you know are active. Less likely to get slaughtered due to inactive agents. The bigger the agent pool for a team the more out of your control inactivity becomes.

GLB2 only has 30 active agents. why the fuck would they all have a dot on the same team?

Quit your crying, Find someone like myself who builds almost a whole team and get a dot on that team or coordinate for that team if you dont want to buy alot of flex and still win.

I see lots of team that are built by 1-2 people and then OC/DC'd by established Coordinators. It was an easy way for me to jump back into the game.

Prime example of what I am talking about. No takers so you are kind of "forced" to buy flex to complete your team.

I had a hard time find players this season. Not enough. There is only so much you can do with a team with 30+ agents just like you said in your a. b and c. Most of them will not stuck around for the ride.

Trying to avoid spending a shit ton of flex to support a team. So I have to suck it up and put a fight up then of course lose.
Like TJ Skikes stated in a post above it is a value issue.

Not sure why this is so confusing for people. Pay to win or play casually or go away... Those are the options.

My value is play casually then eventually go away b/c I will be sick of losing to all the teams that only have 10-20 agents. As they will have better luck with a, b, and c from Absolut Zero quote.
