You make it seem like people who play GLB2 never played Classic. Many of us played Classic from early on. I personally joined in Season 1 and owned a team from Season 2 through sometime around Season 40. Never made WL but was competitive in USA Pro for a dozen or so seasons. I also built a dot that went on to be WL MVP.

Was I the best at Classic? Nope. Never made that claim. I just happen to think that GLB2 is more fun. Games matter, whether rookie or veteran. Many consider the end of last season's rookie campaign one of the better finishes to the season we've had. When was the last time a rookie game in GLB Classic mattered? The same can be said for every tier up to (and including) World League.

Now, would I discourage anyone from trying out Classic? Nope. In fact I encourage people to take a look. Most, however, won't survive as a new player.

BTW I was namecalling. Report me.

I do find calling him Squirt Gun amusing to myself though

I just had to look at one of te old GLB1 teams on your sig Spread...

Funny I do remember WiSeIVIaN from my GLB1 days or at least seeing the name.....maybe that was on here though

Anyhow I started playing GLB 1 from a recommendation from a friend Dave Mr. Majors was his GLB1 name, we played a horse racing game together and there was a forum for the game, and he was trying to get a team started from people on the horse racing forum.

I joined the team name was the Tokyo Thoroughbreds......good times.

GLB 2 is the first casual team Ive been on. I was nothing but a classic player on GLB. I hated casual, compared to classic. I miss the WL though... thats all I cared about in GLB... literally just the WL
