VS BSB I outsmarted myself.

Normally I ran a lot of outside runs vs weak opponents like almost all league teams and many scrub ladder teams and inside first Os vs competetive teams. I somehow thought BSB noticed that and prepared for inside first. That failed totally. But that one game doesnt show anything. We ran alot inside Bhall

Since you like stupid statistics Para:

Sophemore this season:

1.) All Pass
2.) All Pass
3.) All Pass
...
4.) Almost All Pass
5.) More Run based

And that even tho the no.5 team had BY FAR the best defense in the tier.

OK...lets look at total O yards:
1.) All Pass
2.) All Pass
3.) All Pass
4.) Almost All Pass
5.) All Pass
6.) All Pass
7.) Almost All Pass

Lets look at scoring O!:
1.) All Pass
2.) All Pass
3.) Almost All Pass
4.) All Pass
5.) All Pass
6.) Almost All Pass

Mhhhhhh...

I think we should should further buff early passing after looking at it. Lets just remove all the other run plays ppl cant stop and give pass blocking line the pancake power of rushing teams. That should do wonders to improve balance here

How did those same teams do at rookie? Were all the rushing teams at the top and magically fell down the rankings once they hit Sophomore or were all the passing teams at the top then too? I already know the answer, I'll let you figure it out.

And yeah...it prolly looked similar. Then a lot of teams I know concentrated almost entirely on pass D and it did get worse in sophemore.

Oh...and I guess its because we had no good teams in that league right? Rob and Tezed have no idea how to put a team together. Or Stixx who has never done that. Sure

But lets play stupid again...

this seasons rookie again:

Total O yards:
1. Rush : 18170.0
2. Pass : 14159.0
3. Rush : 14106.0
4. Rush : 13416.5
5. Pass : 12716.0
6. Pass : 11840
7. Pass : 11245
8. Rush : 11244
9. Balanced : 11049
10.Pass : 10990

Just looking at the rushing teams and GL Outside yards (not OTs):

1. Rush : 18170.0 (GL: 11490 Yards = 63%)
3. Rush : 14106.0 (GL: 4277 Yards = 30%)
4. Rush (Erkner) : 13416.5 (GL: 3432 = 25%)
8. Rush : 11244 (GL: 4425 Yards = 40%)

As you see, all those teams would fall way out of the top 10 now. OFC you are right and not all yards would be "lost" as you would play other plays...But for Erkner it was 20% of their yards that would still be lost. For a team like AK that would simply lead to be completely blown out of the statistic...For the others it would hit them around 20-35% of those yards...

That would still show how much running O was nerfed in that tier even tho in competetive games passing teams already had the edge. Again...if you look at last season rookie/this years Soph things are ridiculous.

Sorry, but this was the laziest change done so far. I guess Cdog listened to ppl like you who have no idea of those tiers.

IDC...we will see how stupid that will be. Seems like we want this game getting stupid anyway.
Things can only be done better from now on imo. And next season this discussion will be interesting...

Fair enough. Like I said I only watched 2 games of yours and didn't have a quick scout to check if that was the whole story.

fwiw Too Many Cooks is not almost all pass. They ran almost 2/3rds of their play calls last season.

No...they are the run team I mean...lol, they didnt even run more than 1/3??? Then OK, scrap the run thing in there and we only have pass and 1 one blanced...even worse
