Pretty sure if I wanted to I could get 12+ in a quarter.

Easier to pressure via coverage than it is blitz.

well in terms of sacks. Which seem to be the real rattling part. I took a couple sacks in a row and held in my HB on a play.

Ya. I was just thinking getting 12+ hurries wouldn't even be hard with the LB's I have available on LL...

Overall, I'm totally with bhall. Rattled is a huge buff to most pass-first teams. Taking the HB out of running a pattern given that most HB's aren't very good receivers combined with the fact that most of the time, they're sent on short routes that I'd be perfectly happy to see them catch anyway.

Unless there is some negative effect on the QB's ability to complete passes, this is going to make the already overpowered passing game and make it worse.

HB stays in and now you have additional double coverage somewhere; I'm liking the mechanic and think the intention of nerfing blitz spam is a good one. Were people really blitzing the top passing teams that heavily? Seems like it's more of a buff for running focused teams (eg DD) as it will help them pass as well as keep blocking TEs and FBs in.

I am not sure this is entirely true.

From what I have seen in my limited testing at rookie level they do indeed double cover some one

So... Snap reaction matters when the HB gets called in to block or what? lol

I never thought of that, Now I want to make a dual blocking TE ....

To those complaining about holding a receiving TE (Peeti)

If you want to build a guy with pure pass catching abilities he should be a wide out not a TE. The position of TE requires a guy to block sometimes. And there is no way the game could differ a blocking TE from a receiving TE based on the builds, your asking to much if that is what you want. TEs block sometimes. Get that in your head and accommodate that in your build.
