Tough Division, but you would find a hundred users in a second who would rather have "tough" then just walk all over inactive, shitty teams all season.

I get the point, you have to work hard to make the playoffs, but it really isn't one that has a lot of validity as far as a push for changes. Not many gonna side witchu here.

Gorilla isn't much fun because of the lack of competition. Hoping we see some people drop and merged in.

Merge in with Hawk next season. Sounds like we are losing 3 teams at least.

Granted Zorin could be competitive if there was more structure and cares.

No not really. People want to win competitive leagues.

You're just pretty dumb siding with McNuggets who is just reaching out to the forum for sympathy.

Why am I dumb? Yes competitive leagues. In my mind a more balanced league makes the league more competitive. So 2 weak division winners in the playoffs and 2 teams that are better miss the playoffs in that league. How is that more competitive? That just lets the strong division winner and wildcard have a better shot at gold.

Yeah but you and everyone else claims they want to win competitive leagues. 2 strong teams and 2 weak ones is less competitive than 4 strong teams. Correct?

Thats how the NFL is, some divisions are tough and some aren't. Seattle made the playoffs in 2010 after going 7-9 and the Giants missed the playoffs going 10-6. What are you guys suggesting should happen? I'll gladly trade leagues with you, I'd rather have tough games than sleepwalking through every game.

That's another thing. People try to say NFL this and NFL that. I agree I would like it more like the NFL. But, you will have people saying what they always say, "This isn't the NFL." I know you have seen it in these forums over and over.

I'm just saying if all these guys want more competition then we need a re-balance of leagues when we see it's not balanced the season before.

How can you re-balance something that can change every season? I think the point of the divisions is to develop division rivalries.

But it is quite funny all you have to say is get better and you see nothing wrong with it.

what's wrong with it? legacy lost two close games that would've put them in the playoffs, one to a 9-5 team. if you can't beat a 9-5 team to get in the playoffs, you shouldn't be in the playoffs. like, this is what i don't understand.

if legacy is bitching about not making the playoffs because they're stuck behind two better teams, what's the point? so they make the playoffs instead of bangar, and they get crushed instead of bangar. you have to beat the best at some point to win your league, who cares if it's in week 12 or week 15? if they had 4 shots at the two best teams, and went 1-3, they deserve to be exactly where they are.

Not to mention, I'm sure you were happy as hell when you got out from behind Sunday Funday. You have to admit he's in a position NOBODY wants to be in.

well, i reset zorp, so i had no choice. i was actually quite upset to leave grizzly. the whole point is to be the best by beating the best. capping off my four-game run to get in by beating the best team in the league (and one of the best in the game) was incredibly satisfying.

also, i didn't get dropped into a cakewalk rookie league. i had the longtime #2 and #5ish rookie teams in my league, and i'm pretty sure we're the only top 10 rookie team who played another top 10 team in the first round of the playoffs (and we have another tough matchup with a rapidly improving top 20 rookie team in the championship).

Yeah I guess he just won the internet. These forums really are just a boys club. How dare that unknown asshole talk to our Asheme like that...

don't be so small minded. you were (and continue to be) flat-out wrong. doesn't matter who i am or who you are.
