in my opinion, competitive balance in the top Casual league trumps "has to come from owner", especially when that owner has been on once in the last 3 weeks (not digging at Taut, just trying to spell it out for support).

As was stated when we went through something similar a few seasons back, if this was lolWL, there is no way that they leave that empty team in WL. CasPro is the WL of Casual, so should be treated the same.

We need to all pm support, let em know about this problem.

yeah, that's probably not a good idea if EVERYONE spams them. Just gonna piss em off.

If there is anyone that'd be willing to swap id be ok with that. Ive been sending out contracts like mad but havent had to much acceptions yet. Still recruiting heavily to get this team filled if i do stay here. Had a good core of dots for couple season but all of them hit day 520 at end of last season and have now retired.

Damn. I'm really looking to get the mites into the opposite conference, since I already oc/DC a team in your conference

Yep. I'd definitely swap Prussia to the east. (Stinks running multiple teams in the same conference)

Ok, yeah you're right.

I can totally see both sides of the argument here... but I am just not sure what would happen if Taut logged in tomorrow and saw his team was moved without his consent down to a lower league, we would have a huge mess to clean up at the end of the season since we can't move teams once schedules are released.

If he is absent for two weeks the team will go CPU and someone can buy it and trade/sign players and run it however they would like

Pretty sure Taut is well versed enough in GLB to know that the removal of his team from the top Casual League was justified in the name of competitive balance in the top league due to his absence. To use that as a crutch is ridiculous and I stand by my earlier quote :

If this team were in lolWL, this would not even be a discussion and the team would have already been moved.
