my builds are fine, thank you. my tactics are pretty bland, by design........i am not a bit worried about what teams do, or dont do to me........and as far as boosting goes, i have not boosted anything, cept a couple of free players.

I think gold is more fun for me as a non booster. There is not so much pressure to win. Boosting is no longer an automatic win as it use to be. Boosting peewee players seems like an incredible waste of money, but that is just me. There are non boosting leagues out there, but few show any interest. You really can't complain about peewee's top league having boosters when there are alternatives.

I changed up a few more things than I probably should have on offense, but was pleased with the D changes as that's not my strong suit.
I did blow the depth chart on QB plays...I had you beat several times on that play with the wrong QB running...lol...looked like Romo running.

Thanks, but I do agree with you. That's why I stopped fully boosting the Bears, didn't feel there was any need to. Just look at what the Bills did, they put their no-no team on cruise control and just squeaked it into the playoffs, then turned it on and nearly made it to the championship game. As for AZ, after 2 seasons of taking a pure no-no team to the championship game and losing, I felt a partial boost might get me over the hump, and that's exactly what it did. So boosting/CEQ still helps, but is only a minor bonus now. I would not have done a partial boost on AZ had I not already had the flex as it's not worth the money to me.

To be honest, I put both of my teams on auto-pilot for the regular season only tagging and making tweaks as needed. I have been doing this long enough to where my auto-pilot system is pretty good. But I will say I struggled with AZ these playoffs, only just beating a few of the teams. That's why I put a lot more time into this championship game. I totally dissected and recreated your defense, then put that defense on the Bears after they lost and tried various offensive ideas against them until I found one that worked decently. That took a lot of time and isn't something I care to repeat anytime soon. Surprised you didn't notice that as I accidentally used that defense against SBWL in our scrim yesterday.

Anyway, I have to keep AZ in PWG one more season, but now that I have a championship under my belt with them, bringing them back to a basic no-no team. What I do want to do is swap conferences between the two teams returning the Bears to their original conference. Might turn AZ into a teaching team inviting anyone who wants to learn onto the team then sharing AZ's AI's. Not sure yet.

Do whatever you want Gerr, I don't care. I'm just saying, I'll be here for another 7-8 seasons at least if I buy no more flex, which is not a guarantee.

I realize it has nothing to do with me but Gerr actually became the favorite to win the game when he got the training gains of a full season before boosting. I don't know if it was a defined plan but the old boosting methods of gold are going to make stronger players that a dot boosted on day one.
