I created a Support ticket that asked to move those dots over from Surge to Sunami. Also asked for clarification on effects of Chem. Said if my chem was going to get rocked to zero I'd fill with current level 68 players, as is allowed by rules that let me sign 239+ day old players. In the interest of keeping WL as competitive as possible they made this swap.

If there was a precedent set it was last season when GLB bought a WL team to keep the league from having a 255-0 gut squad in place.

Results:

Swapped down to African Pro Conference. (Didn't ask, apparently it's easier to just swap teams then move rosters)

Then with an empty roster not intended to be filled, Sunami swapped down to regional pro competitive. Seems like I made the ultimate sacrifice here for the competitive "betterment" of all of you crying over this. (Think I made that word in quotes up, but I like it)

I get what you were asking to do, P@nda.

But Support's response to you should've been "LOLNO", and Support should've dropped your gutted team out of World League and moved up whatever team was next-in-line, instead of letting you get a free roster-swap-out with no Chemistry hit and letting a team promote straight from Regional Pro Competitive to World League.

I'm not gonna fault you for asking, but I'm sure as hell gonna fault Support for saying, "Sure, let me help you circumvent both the Promotion rules AND the Chemistry rules simultaneously!"

I'm a little stunned that you had the gall to invent such a pathetic excuse to try and rationalize your behavior. This was bullshit and you knew it. Moreover, you did it knowing that you would need chemistry help to win even a few games because your "network" is one that has never had success up here and probably shouldn't even be allowed back if we're going to make decisions on the basis of competitiveness.
