I was in a sales conference about what increases impulse purchases amongst 18-25 yr olds, and I said that the current energy drinks lack protein and sex drive enhancers - The immediate reaction was that kids in this age group don't need the sex drive enhancers, and my immediate response was they may not need it, but that age group sure as hell wants to maximize what they're doing in the sack and you can bet that if we add yohimbe to energy drinks sales will continue to grow - Add on the fact that alcohol gives these kids slightly less stamina in the sack and we can litterally conquer the cold vault in every liquor store if we go with yohimbe in the newest energy drink. I was ignored but that line about maximization got me thinking about who maximizes their roster better than anyone in GLB, and then I thought Providence, and then I thought damn, providence is the best pro team in the history of glb.

Sorry showboat, gotta go with bullock, the winner of that cpl title game is the best pro team ever, those fuckers could win wl flat out with 2-3 good sims, and blaze getting upset along the way.

yeahhhhh citing scrims is funny

I like how people downplay scrimmages after they lose them.

do you think Providence is better than Alpine?

I think there are a handful of teams that are on the same playing field and based on if a gameplan hits the the win% would be between 40-60. Good not elite teams like smurfs, caligari, nairobi, can probably get a few upsets but out of 100 game it may not favor them. Not sure what it matters though considering pro teams aren't in WL and we'll really never know what they could've done that season with that team

No, it's just that for a while I couldn't figure out why you were such a dick back when we were both in USA Pro because I always considered HHW to be one of the classiest teams in GLB. You just have a totally different attitude from HurricaneWarriors, datongw, and Animalmother. There's nothing wrong with being the way you are, since I'm abrasive too, I just found it odd given the well-earned reputation of HHW.

I brought it up because people were talking shit about the Pro teams likely to promote. And yes, Providence is better than Alpine. I think HHWC would beat us more times than not, but who knows.

Oh no, JD with a good team. I'm not sure that is a good mix.

Actually I have always been curious about why the CPL conferences got jumbled? Weren't Providence and Jeb in the conference last season?

We asked out. Providence had originally come up through CPL East, but got put in the West for some reason when we dropped out of the WL. It wasn't in anyone's interest to repeat the nonsense of last season where only one would have the chance to promote.

yea, all the confs in pro regions are screwy with demotions it seems. USAPL got weird with the shockers and hedgehogs going to the east in the past but then went back to WL and when they demoted are back in west. Hounds went to the east and then back to WL but who knows if they demote next season. I think qcbc might've switched confs this past season too. Other leagues have been affected too in the past

Teams switching to a new conference when they demote is nothing new...that has always happened.

The fact that a team can switch conferences just by asking is news to me however...was this one a time deal or do other teams do this too?
