Lion Round 2 Predictions
Kenya (17-0) vs Nairobi (13-4)
Early in the season Kenya took the first matchup by 2 points. Both teams played solid defense and shut down the opposing offense. NDS didn't muster any points until the 4th quarter. This should be another defensive battle that could come down to special teams. Kenya has an ace in the hole with Stormtrooper handling returns and carrying the team to a few close wins. NDS will have to shut him down to have a chance. I'm going to go with the upset here and give the game to NDS in a close contest.
Fulham (15-2) vs Nile (14-3)
Another game that could go either way. Both squads are tough and battle tested. Fulham took home an easy win last time beating Nile 58-10. I don't expect to see a rerun of that game with Nile's run game taking center stage. Should be a hell of a battle as Fulham has one of the tops passing attacks and Nile has one of the best running games. Nile will have to control the clock and force Fulham into mistakes. Fulham will bring in their top ranked run defense to try and slow down Nile and that could be the big difference maker in this game.
Elephant Round 2 Predictions
TDP (17-0) vs Dogs (12-5)
TDP is in for a tough game against a slightly younger Dogs squad. This is coming down to who has the best game plan and after taking a 32-10 win early in the season there's no reason to doubt the Dead Prez now.
Inferno (16-1) vs Flashdancing (14-3)
The Inferno are hoping to get another shot at knocking down the only team to beat them this season but they have to get by the Platypi first for a chance at that. They took the regular season game 33-24 after shutting out the Platypi in the first half. Flashdancing has been playing some good ball the last few weeks and they'll make this a game but in the end I see Inferno taking another close victory home.

I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Nairobi take us down. I just haven't figured out anything on offense all season, and we got by on luck and turnovers mostly.

Should be a great batch of games this week and I just want to say good luck to everyone still in the playoffs.
