Last night Andrew Bynum had to guard Brandon Roy on a mismatch. Roy tried to drive so quickly he ended up stepping on Bynum's foot (which had not moved btw), and fell to the floor.

The refs called a foul on Bynum.

Guess that proves your theory wrong.
