I personally have no problems with whatever recruiting people can do to get players. You either sign free agents or trade for a player, and it's not like there are any union labor laws in place to regulate when and to what degree you can recruit. It's a fake football game....if player agents agree to sign their fake players on someone else's fake team, then more power to the owner of said fake team.

To keep the game fun and leagues competitive, it probably makes sense at some point to have rules in place that prevent gross mismatches like we're going to see in this league this season, but that's for the admins to figure out. Players are only responsible for playing.
