No one was here to 'sabotage', poor organization lead to any problems...why do you have to blame 'sabotage' on any problems...can you not accept responsibility for any issues yourself?

The way next seasons draft is set up, the team black lists will be a thing of the past, but players will still make their way there. When a player signs up to be drafted and then signs a contract before the draft is half way over the league needs something to fall back on so it doesnt happen again.

Well ask the team owners if they feel sabotaged.Removed teams had many trades pending and some even approved before they left.You say I should take responsibility which I did and had to come up with a whole new draft order that shafted the Team Owners cuz of it.Some of those issues I have no control over but still handled it.O_o

The draft may have been longer then planned but was run pretty well overall. Biggest problem was people not showing up as far as team owners go. Defeats the point of a draft when teams don't draft players. Even though none of my guys were drafted I can't say I'm disappointed with the league. Hopefully I'll have better luck next season. ^^;

Things will get better and the more POSITIVE and CONSTRUCTIVE input that can be given from everyone will help move the draft in a direction that will help benefit everyone involved. Coming into the forums and claiming sabotage or whining and bitching about this point or that point isn't going to help fix anything. Ever heard the say ' If you aren't part of the solution you are part of the problem' ? I know I did my fair share of bitching while the draft was going on with all the "skipped" teams and everything and I apologize for that. In the coming weeks as we get closer to next seasons draft I will try and help with any POSITIVE input I can think of.
As for this "Blacklist", I don't think anyone should be added to the list for actions during the draft per sey, like teams not showing up to draft or players pulling out of the draft. The simple solution for those people is to simply just not invite them back next season. the "Blacklist" should be used to warn ALL people on GLB of players and team owners who pull shifty crap after the draft. For example a team drafts a player and then refuses to give them a contract, or gives them a contract but not one that is reflective of the draft contract rules. Or a player that has been drafted and then decides to pull out and not sign with the team that drafted them.

Thanks but the Blacklist is for the more serious ILOF Crimes.It has been in place for 2 seasons now.I also feel it helped limit the trouble we could of had this season.We did have 95 Teams entered at one point If telling my ILOF Family the facts is concidered bitching and whining then they'll plenty more bitching and whining comingO_o The Solution is in the works already.
