Does training work during off-season, playoffs, or scrimmage games if your team's not in the playoffs?

Yes , training works during the Playoffs and while you are playing Scrimmage games. However , you do not get XP for scrimmage games. You only get "Game Playing" XP if your team plays in Playoff Games or Regular Season Games. During Off-Season you do not get XP or Training Points. Hope that clears that up for ya =)

It depends on your goals. Shopping and upgrading AE aside, if you want to get a single attribute up ASAP, normal with no secondary activity is the way to go. If you want the most SPs possible, intense is the best way to go.

So, basically, normal blows and "all hail intense"?
I was thinking: Which would actually benefit the most if you could put up a system that says "normal gives this amount of points and intense gives this amount of points". Both in the short and long run (you would actually just need to find it on a 5 day period where normal would give you 5 trains in 1 (or more) stats and intense would give you 2 trains in 2 stats (at a time).
Catch my drift? If not, I really don't think I can explain it much better :S limited english skills ftl

Well it does cost more.
Man, this should be removed from the FAQ/guides page. So outdated.
