It's all about the builds and gameplanning IMO. If you want a perfect example, look no further than the Black Sea Storm from last season. They were outleveled in almost every game they played, their entire roster was around level 30-32 last season, and they were still able to go 11-5 and advance to the 2nd round of playoffs. They were also able to earn a promotion, which I don't think they really wanted at the time,

I can tell you from experience that it didn't matter what the levels were when we played them last season as they beat our butts. Now, could that result have been from shitty gameplanning, of course. It could also be that we didn't have great builds and they did even though we outleveled them by an average of appx. 5-6 levels. The point is, is that levels aren't everything. I know that you'll look at our roster at KGB and tell me that's it's easy for me to say this when we have a number of higher leveled players for this league, but the fact of the matter is that I spent a great deal of time this offseason recruiting really good builds, while trying to keep the majority of the team intact so that we wouldn't have to struggle with our chemistry issues this season.
