The "few" = the agents that have players on the team.
the document = contract they sign.
Maximum of 120 days = 3 full 40 day seasons in GLB. 3 Seasons is the max contract length an Agent can sign.

the clue was talking about free agents, signing, and a team... hence it led me to the players looking for a team forum.... i clicked one of the VERY first pinned/stickyd topics and in the first post i found the answer to clue 3 labled as the answer.

clue # 2 has something to do with converting numbers to letters

when i think of lace, i feel that it refers to laces on a shoe, its the only way to relate the word in my opinion to goal line blitz, UNLESS lace is slang or an accornym ( http://www.acronymattic.com/LACE.html )

also the fact there are 3 rows of numbers, and the answer is 3 words which makes me believe that the numbers can be decoded into a word. BUT... each row has the same amount of letters so i have my doubts on that theory
