I dunno about the "updated" list. I just used the list posted at the first of this thread. As for how these teams are seeded, it was NOT random. I went through every team on the list and took into account their relative levels, record, and standing in their respective leagues. If you go through the list, you'll notice that all the undefeated teams are up at the top and all those who have lost this season are a little further down. However, if a team has lost but has a higher overall rating than most, they should still be pretty close to the top. As the seeding is somewhat arbitrary. I figure it's about as good as it's gonna get. Everyone will be playing against teams that are pretty similar in overall rating as everyone else, so you can complain if you want, but (1) this isn't the official seeding of the tourney (just how I have seeded the brackets that I've set up), and (2) it won't make much of a difference who you'll play. Everyone's between 42 and 48 in overall rating (with the possible exception of one or two of the bottom-seeded teams), so everyone should match up about the same.

Sounds good, im fine with being underestimated as I checked most of those teams out and there in no way better than us, but going by record is fine/scouting bars as I could understand not wanting to look deep into every team. Hopefully the tourny can start soon, and good luck to everyone in it.

Looks like you're gonna play the #1 seeded team in your upcoming conference game. That will be an indication of whether or not the seeding worked out ok. Nothing against your team. I tried to be as objective as possible.
Incidentally, I have included the Berlin Bombers in the seeding, even though they aren't "officially" entered until Tenks says so. Here's the updated list:

Ya I know. I'm just making the suggestion that it is probably more fair to just throw them into the bracket randomly (maybe alphabetically or something) since there is no way to really fairly seed this tournament.
For example, your #19 team beat your #10 team 34-3 today.
I'm not saying it's bad that you're trying to help or anything, just that it is pretty much impossible to accurately seed 43 teams that haven't played each other.

you took way too long to organize this and hte thread starter barely has posted
50+ team tourney when there are minimal days left to schedule games and some teams might already have friendlies scheduled = not going to finish in time
it basically has to be set up and started by tomorrow or it will never finish

Atm its day 12, say you were to do a 50 team tourny(which wouldnt work out too well, but here would be the scenario)
Round 1: 25 Matchups
Round 2: 12-13 Matchups
Round 3: 6-7 Matchups
Round 4: 3-4 Matchups
Round 5: 2-3 Matchups
Round 6. Championship game/one more game needing to be played.
By the time all of that got scheduled and the time it takes to play all those games It would be near playoffs or playoff would start by the time it ends.
Teams needs to be cut down a bit or needs to start asap or it won't work as well.
