Good game Devils. You guys were right there at halftime, 2nd half was the difference. A good battle.

I'm pretty disappointed with the outcome. Not just the loss, which obviously sucks, but I was really hoping that team chemistry played a much bigger role. Knowing that a team can just go out an acquire a whole load of upper level talent and a day later whoop up on one of the better teams in the conference kind of takes a bit of the shine off of this game. If that's the case then players at least shouldn't be able to switch leagues during the season, or crappy upper level teams will always dump players to good lowel level teams and building from within will never get rewarded.

I'm not crying here, you guys played within the rules and reaped the rewards and kudos to you. But something like this would never happen in real football, and the idea here, at least as I understand it, is to immitate real football. GLB has been pretty cool thus far, but in this area they have some work to do.

I agree with you and will take it one step further. I think its bullshit that a player from a pro league can be picked up by a AA league team. I think they are abusing the system but it doesnt really matter.

Your team has had higher level players than any other team since the beggining of the season and its a big part of the reason your team has had so much success...so is that bullshit, is that stacking the team?

We were 7-0 with players well in line with the league. We didnt have any plans to move the players, the circumstances of that other team dictated it, we didnt want them stuck there. We didnt look at this as stacking the team in a lower division and could very well move divisions next year if allowed.

There are 8 level 13 players in your division, 7 of them are on your team.

I do hear you Narsil. We couldnt consolidate players up because we didnt own the pro team or we very well would have done that. And unfortunately even if we run the table in the regular season, my own Patriots showed anything can happen in the playoffs...anything.

90 percent of our team didnt exisist prior to the start of this season. We all used the method provided to everyone "boosting" to reach our levels. We didnt go out and get people from shitty pro teams to come down to a AA league.

I started this season off at level 1 and didnt boost until about the 4th game, we all level because almost every game every one of our players get 40 plays.

What you did is completely differnt than what we did so dont try to compair the situations.

PS you have a shitty defense.

Darn it; good game though the first half.

Oh well; looks like difference probably came down to the overall increased stamina of your starters. Our starters were probably starting to get subbed out more with lower energy while yours is significantly higher with the lvl 16's. Good game; definitely see you in the playoffs!

Hey there,

I'm the owner of the Dungeoneers. You make a great point here. We're a group of friends from other walks of life (internet and otherwise). Many of us started this game in late season 1. Most started in Season 2. We wanted a team from the get go, and this was the first team available to us. I do think it is kind of unfair, that we're bringing in players with a season more experience (not full season, but still, a season 1 boost at least), to a new league. Unfortunately, we had no other options and we wanted to play together.

And by the way, Pats fan here as well. I'm from south of Boston.

I'm the general manager of the Dungeoneers. The thought has crossed my mind several times that it's unfortunate that the team we found was in this division. However, there wasn't much to be done about it. We didn't intentionally abuse the system, but some of us did have players in the last part of last season. Most, however, did not, and have boosted.

I do think that our DC has an exceptional knowledge of the game, and has put us in great positions to win. I also think that we all worked together with our knowledge of the game to create good builds of our players.

Stop being a pussy Im trying to stir up some hate before the championship game. We are both probably going to be moving up next seasons so its good to have a nice bitter rival from the start.

Pffft...Yeah life sucks fer the both of ye and all that talent.

we're a bunch of n00bs to this game (1st season)...we're still getting more friends jumping in and their having a blast.

Fer the last 30 hours we've PM'ed ideas bout roster depth and % adjustments to the plays to squeeze out just one break against the Dungeoneers.

The break we got was record sales on our $1 beer.

But at least we know we "tried" instead of "crowning their asses" like the rest of the league.

Yeah next year the "upper echelon" teams probably will get bumped up to a more competitive division - but that kinda "bums" me out.

I want to beat you guys. Not watch y'all go sailing away into the sunset.

On a side note...Pats Suck.

Lol! Pats do suck! But think about it this way, after next season we probably won't move up again, and you probably will, so we'll see you then for sure! Don't stress!

Stop being an obnoxious douche and trying to piss everyone off. You may enjoy the hatred of others, but I don't, and you don't speak for everyone on our team.

I look forward to the possibility that we play the Piranhas at some point in the future. It would be agreat game and help bring some attention to our leagues here in Eastern Europe.

My guys started mid last season and they're level 13. I would've stayed at the same AA level in the other league had I not been traded here. I was on a team that would not have moved up. I see nothing wrong with that. We did not "trade down" from Pro League which is a bit different. However, I see nothing wrong with what you did either and I understand the circumstances, but I agree with the assertion that there should be a major penalty for doing so. Chemistry is important.

Being a Philly fan, I like my SS to put on big hits. If we play you, I'm really hoping he injures some of your WRs and maybe a TE or two! Maybe some bruised ribs and a few concussions. Your receivers will be seeing 3 of him by the end of the game. Just a little something to remember us by!
