Contacted the London Pounds' owner.

Houston we have a problem. If Normandy wins their next game they will be promoted again. I am torn. I would love to see them win but a loss keeps them with us.

I here you Jay. Our goal from day 1 was the pros and this is one more step closer. It will be one tough game. We beat them in the regular season, but I think they have boosted since then.

Still waiting on 1 more team. London or the other London. Mannheim you can still change your mind. anybody?

We are seriously hoping Bort can find a way to get this done. Being in a league with these teams, owners and agents would be the best thing that could happen to our team. We love the league forum and are much closer with all of these teams than we are with the teams in our league.

Jay, my opinion is that we got to strive hard to find the final team missing so that when Bort gets around to looking into our project, it is already a complete league and he has no additional work to do other than accept it!!

Since Bort will see this thread I think it is best if everyone states their case of why they want it here.

I agree Randy. Somebody needs to step up.

The Pounds are in, but if one of the other teams you're still waiting to hear from wants in, we could be talked into pulling out. This is going to be one tough league.

Reasons: The best thing about GLB is the forums and the talk and competitiveness that brew from that. Everyone here knows each other and we keep the forums active. We all strive to make our teams the best they can be in order to make every game competitive.

plus, the game could grow quite boring if we get put into some random division with people who don't know what they are doing and don't post in forums.

Final request with all 16 teams has been sent. Now we just cross our fingers.

I think this would be a model for other superconferences for GLB to follow. The teams here are:

Competitive
Communicative
